Shipping policy

Please allow 24 hours for your order to be processed for shipping with DPD or EVRI in the UK. Delivery will be calculated at the checkout. Currently no overseas shipping is available. If the item is out of stock for whatever reason you will be emailed within 24hrs to inform you of this.

Orders placed after 15.00 on a Friday may be processed next working day. ("working day" refers to the next day of business between Monday-Friday, excluding Saturday & Sunday as well as all public holidays in England).

No "click and collect" option is available, products are not stored at the business address.

Point of Sale collection is strictly reserved for pre arranged events and occasions organised by Gloss Fuel Ltd.
