What is a Refuel Pack?
A Gloss Fuel Refuel Pack is our sustainable, recyclable system of refilling product containers, dramatically reducing the amount of single use plastic necessary.
Refuel Packs use 75% less plastic than shipping products in regular plastic bottles. You can refill your 500ml Gloss Fuel bottles from the Refuel Pack or you can use the product straight from the Refuel Pack. Please see our sustainability page for more details.
Can I recycle the Refuel Pack?
Yes. Our Refuel Packs are 100% recyclable (recycle code 7). You may/may not be able to recycle these via your household kerbside collection - please check with your local waste collection contractor. Refuel Packs can be recycled at any Terracycle collection point.
If you cannot find a suitable recycling option close to where you live, please return your empty Gloss Fuel Refuel Packs to us and we'll ensure that they are fully recycled.
How soon will I receive my order?
Orders are normally processed within 24 hours and shipped using DPD or Royal Mail in the UK. Orders are typically delivered 2-3 days from date of purchase.
My goods have been damaged in transit - what should I do?
In the unfortunate circumstance that your products are damaged upon arrival please contact info@glossfuel.com with your order details and a full description of the damage.
Can I change my order once it has been placed?
If your order has not been processed and packed then it may be possible to make changes but this is not guaranteed. Please email your request to info@glossfuel.com. If you request an exchange after your order has been processed, this will be subject to the appropriate shipping charges.
Can I return my products?
You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
